Mr. Mark Anthony Jones Director
Holds an LLB from the University of the Bahamas – Nassau, The Bahamas and an MBA from the London Business School, Mark Anthony Jones is responsible for all government related clearance, modification and all merger and acquisition protocols. He has a long experience with the Cayman Island the Bahamas offshore banking regulations, Hedge Funds and Due Diligence reports and submission of final approvals for credit facilities, court notarization and attestations. He also handles project inspections and inventories and advises as a qualified portfolio advisor to the investors. He has extensive experience in advising clients on legal aspects in banking, Islamic finance, project finance, UAE/Qatar debt capital markets, private public initiatives and privatization.
His clients include developers, sponsors, banks, government institutions and private entities/Investors. Over the past 30 years, Mark Anthony Jones has practiced globally and has established a very trusted partnership with some high net worth individuals and Arab investors who rely on his connections to engage in private and public partnership ventures and project investments and debt financing.

His leadership steers the company as it becomes the world’s leading ecosystem orchestrator for providers and consumers of financial services everywhere. With this clear strategic intent, he champions the company’s core technology solutions and open development platform in accelerating collaboration and innovation, to unlock the potential of people, businesses and communities.
A firm believer in the principles of doing well by doing good, MEYER is passionate about how technology and open trade can drive financial inclusion and improve people’s lives. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Everbridge, a critical event management (CEM) software company, and on the Board of Directors for MEYER Reuters.
An inspiring and trusted fintech thought leader, MEYER speaks regularly at large-scale events including the annual World Trade Symposium, Paris FinTech Forum and The Milken Asia Summit. He is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, with refreshing and candid views on equality in the workplace. MEYER joined SSA loans Limited as President in 2015, was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer in 2017 and became Managing Director in June 2018. He brings more than 25 years of sales, management and global leadership expertise to the company, having previously held the role of President, Industry Cloud, at SAP. Prior to that he was a senior consultant with McKinsey & Company.
He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the INSEAD Business School in France and a Bachelor’s degree in Business & European languages from the European Business School.
MEYER is married to Mariola (a Spaniard) and together, they have 3 children aged 21, 19 and 16. They have a passion for adventure travel, movies and time in Spain, one of the four countries in which MEYER has lived & worked during his career.
Mr. Medideen Rajan Senior Associate
He graduated from Bristol University in 1993 and was called to the Bar in 1995. He obtained a master’s degree in International Business Law from Exeter University in 2000.
He had several years’ experience in Oil and Gas in the UK North Sea, Malta, Singapore and Qatar before moving to UAE where he joined AFSG, specializing in Corporate and Commercial law, specifically international trade and Wealth Portfolio, Construction, Energy, Banking and Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, including establishing commercial and industrial joint ventures and companies at the DIFC Dubai and elsewhere in the Middle East, applying local laws and regulations to such arrangements and now with the Shropshire Savings And Loans LTD.
Mr. Kim Stanton Woo Business Development Manager
He joined Shropshire Savings And Loans LTD in April 2014 and holds the role of Business Development Manager. He is instrumental in various aspects of the business from deal origination, execution, portfolio management and formulating exit strategies. STANTON has been integrally involved in several Shropshire Savings And Loans LTD investments in the Oil & Gas, Consumer, Renewable Energy, Mining and engineering industries. He is actively involved in both deal execution and portfolio management–where he focuses on value creation and performance improvement for the firm. In this role, he leverages his broad and deep experience to focus on accelerating the company’s business growth in all markets.
Giliard James Durward Chief Financial Officer
He joined Shropshire Savings And Loans LTD in January 2013 and currently holds the role of Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the Finance, Treasury and External Portfolio functions. As the Chief Financial Officer , GILIARD is responsible for implementing effective financial policies and controls, financial reporting to relevant stakeholders in addition to developing, implementing and managing an optimal capital structures that effectively meets short term liquidity needs and long term strategic objectives.
Mrs. Virginia Paula Company secretary
A Harvard University graduate, madam secretary is generally responsible for circulating agendas and other documentation to directors, shareholders and auditors within the required time limits, as well as producing accurate minutes of shareholder and directors’ meetings and resolutions. For example ensuring compliance with financial and legal regulations (i.e. filing of confirmation statement and accounts with Companies House), maintenance of the company’s statutory registers and providing advice and assistance in relation to board and shareholder meetings.
